Cadillac Family Physicians have instituted precautions to avoid the spread of COVID-19 in our community.

Please follow these instructions:

If you have a fever, cough, and/or respiratory difficulties, please call our office at 231-775-2493 for instructions.
All patients and visitors that are coming into our office, please be prepared to have your temperature taken as you arrive at the front door. This measure is being taken to minimize exposure and spread of the Corona Virus (COVID-19.)
Please do not bring additional people with you to your appointment unless you need their assistance.
