OPTIONAL MASKING at Cadillac Family Physicians:

Effective 4/10/2023, Cadillac Family Physicians began optional masking for Providers, Patients, and Staff.  When scheduling an appointment, you will still be asked if you have any known upper respiratory symptoms.  If so, you will be scheduled with a Provider in our private entrance exam room or offered a virtual visit.
Masks are required in the private entrance exam rooms due to the possibility of contagious symptoms.

Beware of SCAM Calls


Dear valued patients,
Today (Friday, 2/11/22) we have received reports of a scam caller posing as Cadillac Family Physicians.  So that you are informed and aware, the caller will refer to a medical procedure, your insurance, or medicare.   They may or may not use your name and they may refer to your Medical Provider.  If you receive a call that seems suspicious please hang up immediately. DO NOT disclose personal information or provide any account information to the caller.  Cadillac Family Physicians will not ask you for confidential information on an outgoing call.  This SCAM has been reported to Michigan State Police.  If you have questions about a procedure please contact our office.  Our priority as your Patient-Centered Medical Home is patient confidentiality.

Dr. Anne Broad, MD
Board Certified Family Medicine Physician

Dr. Broad was born and raised in Hubbell, a small town located up north in Michigan’s Copper Country. She earned her Bachelor in Science from Michigan Technological University, majoring in pre-medicine and minoring in psychology. Following her undergraduate education, Dr. Broad earned her medical degree at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, spending her clinical years in Traverse City, Michigan.

Loving all that Northern Lower Michigan had to offer, she stayed and completed her residency training at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City. Following residency, Dr. Broad was looking forward to getting back to the small-town life that she grew up with and moved to the Manton area with her husband, and her bulldog, Fudge.

Dr. Broad cares for patients of all ages with all conditions. She has a special interest in women’s health, diabetic management, adolescent health, pediatrics, and loves doing office procedures.

Dr. Kayla Stefanko, DO
“Board Certified” Family Medicine Physician

Dr. Stefanko was raised in Ludington, MI and loved growing up in a small, “up-north” town. She attended Michigan State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Human Biology. Following her undergraduate education, she continued with medical school at Michigan State University, College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Family Medicine Residency training at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City, MI.

She is married, has a son and a family yellow lab named Charley. The Stefanko family recently moved to the Cadillac area and are very excited to settle into their new “up-north” town.

Treating patients of all ages with all conditions, Dr. Stefanko has a special interest in women’s health, pediatrics, and mental health.

You can schedule a Video Visit with a Health Care Provider at Cadillac Family Physicians.

A Video Visit is easiest to accomplish by using your smartphone, tablet or laptop.  You can use a computer if you already have a camera and a microphone set up.

Please do not bring additional people with you to your appointment unless you need their assistance.
