Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC)
Cadillac Family Physicians is looking for patients to join our PATIENT & FAMILY ADVISORY COUNCIL (PFAC). The group consists of patients, staff, and Providers interested in working together to identify and implement strategies to support and improve patient experiences with care, strengthen communication, and build collaboration between health care providers, patients, and families. The group meets four times a year through ZOOM for roughly one hour. To express your interest and further discuss participation, call us at (231) 775-2493 and ask for the Practice Administrator.
COVID-19 INFORMATION WHEN VISITING THE OFFICE
During the COVID 19 pandemic, Cadillac Family Physicians asks that you follow these safety protocols upon entering our building.
Please wear a mask upon entering our office. You will be screened for COVID-19 prior to entering the office. Please preregister for your appointment when possible. (Contact the office to learn more about Follow My Health Portal and Pre-registration.) If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please call the office for instructions.
Our office has been approved as a COVID vaccine center. The vaccine has not yet arrived and the date of delivery is pending. We will follow CDC guidelines for scheduling vaccine clinics based on age and chronic conditions. We will contact our patients to schedule appointments as soon as possible.

Dr. Anne Broad, MD
Board Certified Family Medicine Physician
Dr. Broad was born and raised in Hubbell, a small town located up north in Michigan’s Copper Country. She earned her Bachelor in Science from Michigan Technological University, majoring in pre-medicine and minoring in psychology. Following her undergraduate education, Dr. Broad earned her medical degree at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, spending her clinical years in Traverse City, Michigan.
Loving all that Northern Lower Michigan had to offer, she stayed and completed her residency training at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City. Following residency, Dr. Broad was looking forward to getting back to the small-town life that she grew up with and moved to the Manton area with her husband, and her bulldog, Fudge.
Dr. Broad cares for patients of all ages with all conditions. She has a special interest in women’s health, diabetic management, adolescent health, pediatrics, and loves doing office procedures.

Dr. Kayla Stefanko, DO
“Board Certified” Family Medicine Physician
Dr. Stefanko was raised in Ludington, MI and loved growing up in a small, “up-north” town. She attended Michigan State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Human Biology. Following her undergraduate education, she continued with medical school at Michigan State University, College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Family Medicine Residency training at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City, MI.
She is married, has a son and a family yellow lab named Charley. The Stefanko family recently moved to the Cadillac area and are very excited to settle into their new “up-north” town.
Treating patients of all ages with all conditions, Dr. Stefanko has a special interest in women’s health, pediatrics, and mental health.
