Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
Cadillac Family Physicians PC is searching for a person who enjoys welcoming patients to office visits
with their Provider. We are a patient- centered medical home (PCMH) focused on providing the best
possible care to our community. The Medical or Registered Assistant prepares a daily appointment
schedule to identify services a patient needs based on medical conditions and reason for the visit. This
position supports the Provider by fulfilling medical tests, screenings, and immunizations.
The office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to
Noon. Full-time staff work 32-40 hours per week and share the rotation schedules for the late
afternoon, closer, and Saturday coverage. Although we would prefer a full-time person, we are open
to working with part-time team members. This position reports to the Clinical Administrator.
For full-time staff, we have a benefit package consisting of Michigan paid medical leave, medical
insurance premium reimbursement (QSEHRA) plan, and holiday pay after 3 months of seniority.
Earned time off and 401(k) retirement plan are available after 1 year of employment. The pay rate is
$17.50 per hour. Certified (CMA) or Registered (RMA) Medical Assistant credentials are required.
National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) may be
considered. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) are not eligible for this position. Experience is
preferred.
